Frequently Asked Questions
What support is included in a Website Care Plan?
Each plan includes monthly time with our support team: 30 minutes with Care Essentials, 90 minutes with Care Plus, and 3 hours, including complex development, with Care Premium.
Typical requests include updating text and images, formatting a blog post, adding a new section or event, plugin research and setup, embedding third-party scripts, DNS changes, configuring forms and general WordPress questions.
Support time does not cover building new features like an online store or membership area, changing themes, graphic design, content writing or site migrations. We're happy to quote those separately. Content and SEO strategy consulting is available with an SEO plan.
Do you support websites that you didn't build?
Yes, as long as it's a WordPress website.
Sites we didn't build start with a one-time Technical Tune-Up ($595). It lets us get familiar with your site, solve any initial issues, update software and make sure everything runs smoothly moving forward.
Can I cancel my service at any time?
Absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts.
We're all about building a valuable relationship with you and your website, so we'd hate to see you go, but we know financial needs weigh on many decisions.
